Annual Leave

All Dental Core Trainees are entitled to 28 days annual leave per training-year.

Trainees in rotational DCT1 posts are allocated 14 days annual leave per rotation.  

Rolling over of annual leave from one rotation to the next is possible however BOTH host UHB’s must agree.

If a trainee is unable to use their annual leave before switching rotations, NWSSP can reimburse trainees for untaken annual leave (up to a maximum) if confirmed by the DCT Manager.
